2025 CampMtg prices:

 

Tenting $10/night plus $5/person over Qty.2

(age 10 and under no per-person charge).

Special: Pay 8 nights tenting, get 1 free)

(DCMA has some tents available to borrow - deposit required).

 

Basic Camper/RV sites $20* (10 nights $160*) no dumping.

      $25/night includes A/C elec. usage fee ($200 all encampment)

 

Full-Utility RV Sites - Water, Septic, Elec.

30amp $30/night (10 nights $240 ) these include A/C elec. usage.

50amp $35/night (10 nights $285) these include A/C elec. usage.

 

One room Cabins $25*/night ($155* for 9 nights)

  suggested: bring a fan or an A/C (elec fee for A/C usage*)

 

Dorm bunkbeds $7/night if avail. ($55 ea. for 9 nights)

All bunks in a dorm $65 total ($455 for 9 nights)

Dorm semi-private rooms $15/night*

 

Basic 3 Room Cottage $65*/night ($455* for 9 nights)

3.5 Room Cottage w/kitchenette $85*/night ($585* for 9)

 

(* add $5/day Electricity Usage if bringing A/C)

Please maintain cleanliness of Bathrooms and report any repair issues to DCM Office

 

All trash/litter must be removed from cabins/dorms/sites before departure

(there may be some air-conditioners to borrow from the office)

 

DCM is run by volunteers - We welcome your involvement/help if you would like. Participation Form is available at our Office.

(custodians, ushers, grounds, repairs, prayer-ministry, scraping/painting, food service, litter/trash, cleaning, end-of-campmeeting tasks, ...)

 

**  "On-Site Essentials":

 

During annual CampMeeting everyone on the grounds gathers at the DiningHall Monday thru Saturday at 10am

… and at the Tabernacle every Evening (7pm weekdays, 6pm weekends) as well as Sunday Mornings.

Recreational Activities close 10 minutes prior to all Tabernacle Services and Bible Studies

 

Please limit public use of cellphones and we strongly urge no use by youth. 

 

Minors are never to be left at camp unattended.

 

CampMeeting Quiet: 11pm-7:25am (when prayer bell rings)

Curfews: Youth w/parents 11pm, Kids w/parents 10/10:30pm;  Adults Midnight

  

DCMA GROUNDS PURPOSE & USAGE SUMMARY:

- The purpose for those who stay at Douglas Camp Meeting grounds is for spiritual growth and outreach as well as to care for the properties/ministry.

 

- Parents must make sure their children are supervised and safe at all times.  

 

- Calm pet(s) may be allowed by permission.

 

- Worldly activities, music, media, behavior, apparel are not permitted on DCM grounds – including smoking, alcohol/drugs, profanity. Unrelated couples are not permitted to reside together at DCM.  Sabbath is honored as a gift from God.       

 

- Individuals who use any authorized bathroom facilities are responsible for custodial care of their usage. Please notify us if supplies are short or repairs needed.

 

- Those who stay at DCM are responsible to remove their own rubbish from the camp.  Also, snow plowing is not provided.

 

- Use of DCM kitchen is not permitted unless a rental agreement is entered into and a copy of their cook’s ServSafe certificate is submitted to DCMA.

 

- Application/contract and Pastoral recommendation are required for any that stay at DCM (unanimous approval of the DCMA Executive Board required), other than during Annual Camp-meeting, as mature Christian character is essential. 

 

- Our Founders stated, “… these grounds are to be held forever for holiness”. Not only do we treat DCMA grounds as sacred, but consideration of others seeking-first Christ is appreciated.
